  • Do you charge a monthly SEO retainer?

    NO. Our goal is to keep SEO affordable, and from what we've found charging a monthly retainer doesn't necessarily mean you are receiving a better service. We work with you to identify key actionable items that we can complete for you that will improve your SEO, and don't just do things because you're already paying us a monthly retainer. We'd rather you knew exactly where your dollars are going.

  • I just need some help with my current website's SEO. Is that something you can help with?

    At this time, we only offer SEO services to our own website clients. We want to ensure that we can complete the quality of work at the price that we have given you, and unfortunately when dabbling in other website builders, that won't always be the case. 

  • Do you offer website audits?

    Yes! We are more than happy to do a FREE audit of your website for you. Why for free, you might ask? Well, we'd rather have you use your money towards something important, like making the changes you need rather than using it just to find out what needs to be done. We don't like to hold that kind of info hostage, and are happy to use some of our tools to give you a good synopsis of where your current site is at, and where you may have opportunities to improve your traffic or conversions.   • Do you offer online appointments or will you meet in person?

    We are located in Greater Boston, Massachusetts but have experienced firsthand the amount of time that goes into traveling to meet clients. For our local Boston Peeps: We are so happy to meet you in person or come to your business to learn more about you. But, we are equally as happy to meet you for a quick cup of coffee on a Google Meet to save us both the travel time. We're Moms who often work with Moms and busy business owners and let's face it, adding an extra hr or two of traffic filled commute just doesn't sound appealing when we can streamline everything virtually!

  • Where do you offer your web design & SEO services?

    We are local to Greater Boston, Massachusetts but work with clients throughout the US. The beauty of reducing travel for appointments has not only allowed us to better serve you and has improved our availability to help you with time-sensitive projects, but also allows us to price our services more affordably! We LOVE taking things virtually and love being just a text or email away for our clients.

  • I'm looking at building a new website. When I switch it over, will my SEO suffer?

    We know this answer is a little tricky, but it depends. Are you developing more content on your new site? Are you changing the domain? Are you adding more thorough service pages? Are you appropriately redirecting all of your new pages? We do everything we can to cross all of our T's and dot our i's before transitioning over to a new site but even with our best efforts you may indeed see a dip in traffic. However, with a thoughtful ongoing SEO plan and continuous monitoring, we can do a lot to mitigate this dip.
