Monthly Reporting

At SimplicityDMS, we don't leave you wondering how your site is doing - We keep you informed. As part of our service, we set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics for you, and keep you up to date on your traffic and conversions through monthly emails, complete with little recommendations on ways to improve your visibility!

Website Hosting & Security

All of our websites are hosted through AWS (Amazon Web Services). As you can imagine with anything offered by Amazon, AWS offers incredible security for our clients with 99% uptime, so you don't have to worry about your website crashing. We also include your SSL certificate, which encrypts your site's connection, free of additional charge.

Quarterly Tuneups

As part of your monthly support & hosting, we sit down (virtually) with you for one hour on a quarterly basis and complete any edits and updates you need for your website. We also update you on opportunities to improve your website and its visibility, discuss your digital strategy, offer advice on increasing conversions and traffic, and more!

Google My Business Updates

We keep your Google My Business profile updated on your behalf, posting updates for you and updating your information as needed. While website updates are critical, keeping your local marketing up to date can be equally as important to your websites visibility in the markets you are targeting.

  • What do you charge for website hosting & ongoing support?

    We offer a couple different packages that you can look at in detail on our Packages & Pricing page. We also customize all of our plans to what fits your situation best, and can include packages for blog writing, directory listings, additional editing time and more!

  • I have a website host I'd like to use. Can you work around that?

    Fortunately and unfortunately, we have truly found a stack of services that work extremely well for our clients and allow us to streamline our operations. If you have a host that you love, that's amazing! You might require a different web designer or web builder to make that happen - But, that being said we are always happy to discuss your situation with you and try to help you on your way! Feel free to Contact Us and we can set up a time to chat.

  • My domain is hosted on GoDaddy/SquareSpace/Wix somewhere else... Is that a problem?

    Not at all! We will work with you to collect the information necessary to connect it to your new site. You can most often leave it where it is, but if that for some reason isn't what you'd like to do we can walk you throught he steps to transfer it to a different registrar.

  • What is an SSL Certificate?

    An SSL Certificate, or Secure Sockets Layer Certificate, is a digital authentication verifying your website's identity. It provides several layers of security including encryption (protects sensitive data your clients may input), authentication (verifies to your clients you are who you say and not an imposter), https protocol, which adds an additional layer of security, and the trust indicator padlock at the top of your browser which also increases your user's trust. SSL certificates are often purchases from your domain registrar, but we include them FREE with all of our websites as part of our hosting & ongoing support.

  • What is a Quarterly Tuneup?

    Our Quarterly Tuneups are an hour long virtual meeting where we discuss your website and complete any edits at that time that you need completed. Our clients come prepared with ideas to these meetings as do we! We have simply found that meeting monthly just doesn't work well for busy business owners, but meeting quarterly allows us to keep their websites very accurate and up to date with the latest changes, photos, services, and more! Our Quarterly Tuneups are INCLUDED with all of our website hosting & ongoing support packages.
