This is me, your friendly Mom Web Designer Allison, working out of my tiny office in my tiny house just outside of Boston, MA! I saw an opportunity where there seemed to be growing complexity in an industry where more and more people are trying to do it themselves, and it seemed like there just had to be a better way of doing business. When asked what is the most important piece of marketing you can have, you may get a hundred different answers. But I know the answer: It's your website. Your website is the backbone of your brand. It is where people go to reaffirm their beliefs about you, and it is where they will make unconscious decisions about whether or not to trust you. It serves as a directory where potential customers should be able to (easily!) find every piece of information about your business that they need, and without one your marketing and your brand will falter.
